Jessica writes fiction with young male readers in mind. Her award-winning series, Martin Bridge, is aimed for those in grades 2-4.  Her new series, a trilogy launched by Kids Can Press, centers on a boy named Graeme Swinimer, and is aimed for those in Grades 5-6. She lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she continues to favor east coast characters and settings for all her work.
